THE FOUNDER

Dr Khosi Radebe is an entrepreneur interested in selected industries, namely, property, construction, engineering, consulting, and academia. Her experience in Business Management spans ten years, with six years specialising in strategy development and execution. In addition, she has worked at the different levels of an organisation, including at the C-level, where she was CEO at an Engineering consulting firm. Furthermore, she founded and launched Khodebe Business Solutions (KBS), a management and advisory firm. KBS supports its clients in developing and implementing competitive advantages and sustainable profitability strategies.

Dr Radebe is results-driven and a highly analytical professional with extensive experience in assessing business challenges, conducting research, developing strategic plans, recommending solutions to management, monitoring competitors, and measuring the results of strategies.

In addition, she possesses solid numerical skills with financial modelling knowledge and directing vital strategic initiatives across organisations

Furthermore, she is skilled at reinventing and redesigning the organisation to drive business growth, generate value for the company and its customers and create sustainable competitive advantage. She is an active member of the Institute of Directors of Southern Africa (IoDSA), the South African Institute of Management (SAIM) and the Businesswomen’s Association of South Africa (BWASA). Dr Radebe graduated with Summa Cum Laude from the Paris School of Business in France as a Doctor of Business Administration. She specialises in corporate strategy and entrepreneurship. Her research interest under the corporate strategy is innovation, business models, dynamic capabilities, and entrepreneurship. She is a lecturer and researcher at the University of Witwatersrand, School of Business Sciences. Her area of specialisation is developing strategy and financial models to test future business success and profitability

Expert CFO/COO/STRATEGIST/MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT; exceptional track record; multi-sector experience; astute strategist; technically savvy; pedigreed restructuring strategist; capital advisory expert; C – level leader with focus and empathy.

Rajesh is a senior chartered accountant and business leader with 43 years of work experience, 25 years of which have been at the C – level. He is a pedigreed senior business leader with multi-sector experience and is a Chartered Accountant (SA). In addition to his CA (SA) qualification, Rajesh holds several other professional qualifications, including the FCMA, CGMA, FCA, FCCA, FIIASA, CIA designations. He also has several academic qualifications, including the MCom degree in Leadership Studies (Systems Thinking) from the UKZN and the MBA from the University of Derby in England. Rajesh is currently reading for his PhD degree at Witwatersrand University and has held roles as the CEO, CFO, and COO in large and complex companies. The CEOs and boards of directors he has worked for describe him as result-focused, technically savvy, and strategically astute. He is a restructuring expert with a global reputation and excels at managing and transforming large complex businesses in distress.

HEAD OF CAPITALADVISORY AND RESTRUCTURING SERVICES

Rajesh has extensive expertise in financially transforming troubled companies into profitable enterprises as evidenced by the successful reorganisation of Walter Sisulu University (WSU), the Auditor-General South Africa (AGSA), and South African National Parks (SANParks) businesses most recently. He contributes to revenue generation and overall business development by developing and implementing effective turnaround strategies and driving growth in challenging and complex business environments. He is recognised for his consistent success in developing and implementing systems, processes, and procedures to streamline operations and enhance performance. Rajesh has a solid track record in helping large underperforming companies and has a unique mix of analytical and innovative problem-solving skills. He is a “big picture thinker” and understands the nuances of global economies and how they affect the South African business landscape. Rajesh is a scholar of Systems Thinking, and he is, therefore, able to understand complex problems fully and with speed. He develops solutions that are beyond the curve.
